Refund policy
All are products are made on order by our local artisans and technicians. Returns and Refunds are only applicable were there has been an obvious error on behalf of the Brand. Please read the eligibility criteria and return process below for more information.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, you must select any of the following criteria.
1. Incorrect Size: You receive the wrong product size than originally ordered. For example, if you have placed an order for size 40 and receive size 42 in your delivery.
2. Clear and Obvious defect in Product: You receive a defective product. This could be a tear in the garment or discoloration of the material used. We provide complete quality checks at the time of delivery and such errors are very rare.
3. Late Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order in the stipulated time frame as mentioned in the product page.
PROCESS
If you are eligilble for a return and refund, the process is as follows -
To start a return , you can contact us at brahaanbynarains@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned products we will carry out a return inspection and will issue your refund.

Refunds
We will notify you within 2-3 working days if your refund request has been accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank account or wallet.
