How long does it take to ship my order?
All garments listed on this website are made directly by our brand in our factory. Stock is maintained of most product however, embroidered garments are made only after the customer places the order. Our garments take between 2 days and 30 days to be ready for shipping. Exact timelines are mentioned on each product listing. An approximate timeline is given below -
1. Embroidered Garments such as Sherwanis, Indowesterns - 15-20 days.
2. Ready to ship garments such as suits, jackets, kurtas - 2-4 days.
Can i make any changes to the order once it is confirmed ?
The orders are to your specifications, and hence, no changes can be made once the order has been confirmed from your end. However, if you wish to make any changes, you could send us an email at brahaanbynarains@gmail.com and we will try our level best to incorporate those changes. Please mentioned your order details in this email.
What is the return policy? What is the fitting isn't as desired?
Please see the refund policy for complete detail. Refunds and returns are possible in certain situations. Fitting alterations are also possible for our customers.
How long does the shipping take?
We use express shipping services that are widely used by e-commerce companies. They claim to reach most regions of the country within 4-5 days. Shipping details will be provided to the customer when the order is dispatched.
